Master Guide Club Staff Registration

Master Guide Club directors need to submit ALL the names of those who are volunteering with the club. Also, EVERYONE is required to fill out the Background Check every three years. Go to: Sterling Volunteers website, create an account and follow the instructions.

Master Guide Club Yearly Application

Master Guide Clubs are required to register with the Indiana Conference Pathfinder Department each year.

Master Guide Club Insurance Form

Master Guide Clubs are required to submit an Insurance Form each year and pay the $5.00 premium fee.
